sendinblue

Peschel Communications GmbH uses the services of sendinblue for newsletter campaigns. Sendinblue GmbH is a company under German law and subject to German data protection laws.

The newsletter software sendinblue is used. Your data will be transmitted to sendinblue GmbH. sendinblue is prohibited from selling your data or using them for any purposes other than sending newsletters. sendinblue is a certified German provider, which has been selected in accordance with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

Click here for further information: https://www.newsletter2go.co.uk/information-for-newsletter-recipients/

We use sendinblue to analyse our newsletter campaigns. When you open an email sent by sendinblue, a file included in the email (called a web beacon) connects to sendinblue’s servers in Germany. This allows us to determine if a newsletter message has been opened and which links you click on. In addition, technical information is collected (e.g. time of retrieval, IP address, browser type, and operating system). This information cannot be assigned to a specific recipient. It is used exclusively for the statistical analysis of our newsletter campaigns. The results of these analyses help us to better tailor future newsletters to the interests of our recipients.

If you do not want sendinblue to analyse how you use the newsletter, please unsubscribe. We include an unsubscribe link in every newsletter we send. Alternatively, you may send an e-mail to datenschutz@peschel-communications.de.

Your data will be processed on the basis of Art. 6 GDPR. You may object to this at any time by unsubscribing to the newsletter. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of data processing prior to this point.

Conclusion of a data processing agreement

We have entered into a data processing agreement with sendinblue. This agreement requires sendinblue to protect the data of our customers and not to disclose said data to third parties. This agreement may be viewed here (in German): https://www.newsletter2go.de/docs/datenschutz/ADV_Muster_Newsletter2Go_GmbH_latest_Form.pdf?x48278
